I've never heard of one but I would expect the person if large must fit properly and safely in the seat. The rollercoaster is gone so the rides are the one than hangs you over the edge and the turns OR tips back and forth over the edge.

If you are concerned, contact the Stratosphere directly. They have a web site and 800 number.

For me, regardless of my size, I would not want to hang 101 stories over the edge.

Nope...unless you're 200 pounds (No offence if you are). I don't think it will support your weight if you were 200 pounds.
