no, go get your license and be insured. I don't want you to get in trouble.

Yes. Driving without a valid state license is illegal. Some states will not only give you a ticket, but they will impound the vehicle, and a few states may arrest you. If you need to take your driving test, you must have a licensed driver take you there. For now, leave the car alone, and wait to get your license.
Good luck on your driver's test.

You'll have to have someone drive you to the DMV. You cannot legally operate a vehicle without a license. And if you are driving illegally then you cannot be covered. If you have a permit and you are in the car with a license driver (depending on your state) you may be covered by the insurance if it is comprehensive.

probable no license till you're 21, no count what percentage instructions you're taking. larger mission - no insurance! the different celebration is going to sue your parents (because you're a minor you are able to't be sued, yet your parents are responsible for any harm you reason). The tickets gained't go away ... no count how lengthy you wait. eventually they can could be paid, till you're happy with not in any respect having a valid license. Time to start up making better judgements. the topic matters you're dealing with are thoroughly self led to. the purely way you'll ever get decrease back to universal is to provide up driving till you've a valid license and insurance on the motorized vehicle youcontinual. proceed tocontinual and not using a license and insurance and also you'll get longer suspension classes, extra fines, and once you've yet another twist of destiny ... larger civil liabilities! once you turn 18 the sufferers of your injuries will be suing you, no longer your parents!

Regardless of if the car is insured or not the insurance company will not cover a unlicensed driver so basically you are driving with out insurance.
Also if you get pulled over tonight your new license will be revoked soon as you get it. Personally, I wouldn't take the chance.

You cannot drive legally, if you are alone, without a license. The law varies from state to state as to under what circumstances you can do that legally with a learner's permit and a licensed driver in the car.

Do you have a learner's permit? If yes, then you can drive the car with a licensed driver in it. If not, than no it is illegal.
If you have a learner's permit - I think the drive around the corner is a risk, but one I'd be willing to take. No permit - not worth the risk.

are you serious? You can't drive a car with no valid drivers license, plain and simple......insurance has nothing to do with it.

You can get a ticket, be taken to jail, have the car towed and impounded, and possibly have the court order you not to get a license for another year or two.
I don't believe I'd risk all that.
