Jericho returned, for those who have the best source, who will return to WWE or TNA?

I think by return he means someone that is NOT under contract or hasn't been under contract (like Jericho). Flair and JBL have been under WWE contract so those are not really returns. I know Flair hasn't been around for awhile and JBL hasn't wrestled but they have still been under contract.
So a return of someone not under contract I would say RVD (most likely TNA but its not for sure), Sabu (TNA if RVD signs with them),
The Rock (ONLY for a interview on the 3 hour Raw).

Flair is coming Monday, Candice will be back in a few weeks, form a broken clavicle, Bobby Lashley should be coming, and in my opinion it would be cool if Big Show went to TNA.... he has some bad feelings towards WWE even calling Big Show his slave name, so it is unlikely he will go back there, so he might go to TNA. He is still young enough to get it done.

his settlement expired so he's coming to the wwe he's the guy who attacked jeff hardy interior the stairs on the hotel at survivor series and the hit and run twist of destiny and final evening while the pyros exploded on his face hes gonna commence a feud with jeff hardy
