And why do you think a Real Patriot would vote for a Democrat? Didn't you hear that the Democratic Party is the Party of the rich in a recent study? Yep, in the "blue" states, those singles who earn over $100K and couples who earn over $200K tend to vote for Democrats more than Republicans.
Then consider the illegal immigrant or, as the Democratic governor might call them, the drivers license deprived. A Real Patriot only asks that the laws be enforced. Democrats almost always side with the illegals as though they have done nothing wrong.
Consider our armed forces. A Real Patriot supports the Constitution and the separation of powers between the legislative and executive branches. Yet Democrats are trying to run the military through legislation and "investigations", not to mention perform the executive branch function of foreign policy by visiting heads of state that support terrorist organizations (e.g., Pelosi and Syria).
Then there is the "angry left" which despises the military and which is a force in the Democratic Party. They want the United States to lose the war on terror for their own purposes. Real Patriots do not.
Real Patriots are not blind or deaf and they do think. Voting Democrat regardless of the candidate's name for them would be a sign of advanced Alzheimers.

Real Patriots vote for the person that will best benefit America, regardless of their political party. But I will say that the choice of a real American Patriot, will do what 80% of Americans want, Protect our Boarders!

Real Patriots will vote for the person or persons who support freedom and the Constitution. Anyone who votes a straight party line, regardless of the reason or the party, is a moron. Vote for the person who is trustworthy, regardless of the party.

I AM A LIFE LONG DEMOCRAT, BUT THIS YEAR, I FIND IT VERY HARD TO STAY TRUE TO THE PARTY. THE CANDIDATES HAVE YET TO GIVE ANSWERS TO THE TOUGH QUESTIONS, SOCIAL SECURITY REFORM, IMMIGRATION, ENERGY INDEPENDENCE AND OTHERS. IN FACT THE DEMOCRATS HAVE CONTRIBUTED TO THE PROBLEMS. WE NEED TO DRILL IN ANWAR AND OFF THE COASTS. ALTERNATIVE ENERGY IS YEARS AWAY, WE NEED OIL FOR NOW UNTIL OTHER SOURCES ARE PRACTICAL FOR EVERY DAY USE.
I DO NOT FEEL THAT THE FOLKS RUNNING FOR OUR VOTE HAVE THE ANSWERS TO ANY OF THESE QUESTIONS.

I agree with Jennifer. The only way I would NOT vote for a Democrat is if Ron Paul wins the Republican primary. However; it is not carved in stone that I would vote for him either. Need to know more.
