A President and CEO of a company emailed me that he was impressed with my resume and asked me to come in for interview. So I did. He told m that out of around 100s of resume, my resume was one that attracted them. During the interview, he asked me, How is my computer skills. I said I am okay, good enough. He asked me what is my salary level desired. I told him whatever you posted on the website. That was just it. Then they asked me if I have any question. I told them not really and I told them that I would ask question as I work for them. If they liked my resume but they didnt ask too much question during the interview, will I mostly like to be hired? if you are boss what do you think? Any interview experiences?

I interviewed 100's of people when I worked for HP. First, I'd say whoever interviewed you really didn't know how to do it. You never ask yes/no questions in an interview. This doesn't mean you won't get hired, the CEO is the boss and can do what he wants. If you get hired, don't have high expectations - the company does not sound very professional. Good luck.

If you are really interested in this job, send a thank you letter to the person that you interviewed with. This may just seal the deal.

Next time salary expectations come up, give them an idea of what you expect.

If he has said that...its likely that he has liked ur resume and chances of u getting hired are more....however if you dont get a call within 5-7 working days, you need to follow up....
