A President and CEO of a company emailed me that he was impressed with my resume and asked me to come in for interview. So I did. He told m that out of around 100s of resume, my resume was one that attracted them. During the interview, he asked me, How is my computer skills. I said I am okay, good enough. He asked me what is my salary level desired. I told him whatever you posted on the website. That was just it. Then they asked me if I have any question. I told them not really and I told them that I would ask question as I work for them. If they liked my resume but they didnt ask too much question during the interview, will I mostly like to be hired? if you are boss what do you think? Any interview experiences?

Personally I would not hire you.....when asked about the salary, your response is inappropriate ...your supposed to know the facts about the job your interviewing for and Interview 101, always bring a print out of the job opening your seeking. Second, not asking questions is like telling me you didn't set any effort into researching the job opening nor the company...this lack effort will tell me perhaps this is how you work.....

Resume is just your " personal marketing" ad. one of the many steps of the whole Hiring process.
All a Resume does is get you a interview, not a job.
The interview is the most important part of the hiring process. The person interviewing you is not only making sure that you meet the job requirements, but how you present yourself is key as well.

I would not hire you, an interview is not a Q&A session, especially when it's performed by the CEO of the company. An interview is a chance to get to know you as a person and to measure your interpersonal (not "hard") skills. It is also an opportunity for you to understand the role you are being considered for, its challenges and the match between your personal objectives, set of values, etc to those of the role and company.
