I have a job, that I am on the border between be tired of it, and still liking it because of the people I work with. I applied for a position within the same company, but havent heard anything back yet, and it could bring my job to another level. I also was given a job opportunity with another company that would pay 1.45 more, not have the same benefits, so that is an option. I also got a phone call from another potential future employer wanting to interview with me. I am in a position where I have some major decisions to make, please help me.......someone or anyone.

What are your chances for advancement with each company? What benefits does each offer? What is the value of the benefits? How far are each from you? How much time and money will the travel to each cost you? Would any of them require you to relocate? What are the people like (as much as you can determine) with each. How comfortable are you with change?

Make a chart and weigh the pros and cons of each. Hopefully that will point you in a direction with more confidence. Good luck!!!

I would advise, assuming you are a fairly young person, to not only consider pay and benefits, but potential for advancement. Giving up a little income now in exchange for greater reward in the future may be in your best interest. Get the most information you can from each employer, and make your choice based on what is best for you in the long run. Good Luck!
