And unlike the original game, your sims can go through a real pregnancy (3 days) complete with morning sickness and labor, and the kids can actually grow up from infant, to toddler, child, teen, adult, and elder, and then die. In the original game, they didn't grow up past childhood.
And the guys can have babies too! But only if they get abducted by the UFO. They'll have little green alien babies, they're so cute! When the guys are pregnant, they go through the morning sickness and labor pains also.
To get your sim women pregnant, they need to be in love with a male sim. Depending on what version of the game you have, your sims can "try for a baby" in either the hottub, bed, car, changing booth, elevator, or even the hammock.

Absolutely; in fact it's much more fun! Get your Sims Relaxing on a bed or in the hot tub, select one of them, click on the other and click Try for Baby. It may take a few tries, but then it will play a little lullaby and your Sim will pop out a baby (or two) in about three Sim days!!!! Have fun!

yeah you can, make two in love sims relax in a bed then click woohoo or try for baby then they will have sex.
