like if you make a myspace pretending to be ashley tisdale or somethin.....but you say good things about her....and all things that are true from other sites...could she still sue you?

Why don't you try it and find out! If you impersonate a celebrity and the celebrity feels you have done damage to her reputation you may be spending time before someone they call " Judge".Is is worth the gamble ?

many people make spaces pretending to be various celebrity's' and we dont see them behind bars. You can actually do it to such an extent that it is not discriminating upon her etc, meaning yes but you mustn't publish things to an extreme level. tracking ip. adress is very common these days and it can actually happen.

hopefully she would sue you. but i think the worst punishment would be knowing you have a miserable life if you wanted to do that. lying to people is disgusting.

Yes, it is. And it will go on your permenant record as "fraud". You could also serve time in jail and be greatly fined. I strongly sugest you not do that.
