I thought that gays and lesbians would be close in energy, but they seem very different. you go to a bar and it looks like a 5th grade prom. (boys and girls on opposite ends). Not much mixing or frendship. I feel the brains are wired differently, even though we are attracted to the same sex. Does anyone understand me? anyone know what this is?

People have done reseach on Transsexual brains in the past and have found a difference.

To my knowledge though, no one has done any testing on Gay or Lesbian brains. If they have, I haven't seen any published results.

Men and Women do think differently. This has been proven all too often. IMHO much of this is down to the hormones in the body.

As to whether men sit at one end of the bar & women the other, that's just normal. Why would a Lesbian want to socialise with a Gay man?

Because oftentimes a character's conduct can also be defined by means of a deficiency or surplus or a neurotransmitter within the mind, or a trauma towards a specified aspect of the mind. For instance, a character who suffers trauma to the entrance of the mind (even though it's microscopic) is often without "human" feelings. They are not able to think completely happy, unhappy or love, however they have got no obstacle feeling anger and rage. If a character like this recounted that they received right into a vehicle coincidence a month in the past and says he's having a brand new obstacle of thrashing his spouse, whatever he in no way notion of doing earlier than, a well psychologist could ponder whether harm was once performed to the frontal lobe of his cerebral cortex and order an mri. Another instance is that if a character complains to her therapist that she has been depressed for two months and that it gave the impression to pop out of nowhere, a well psychologist could rule out the depletion of the neurotransmitters serotonin and norepinephrine. These are believed to be associated with a few instances of melancholy. If that is discovered to be the case, then the therapist could prescribe medicines that expand the supply of neurotransmitters on the synaptic junction by means of blocking off the reuptake channel.

That all aside, its the same in a straite bar! Do you think people get to a certain age and loss ALL their insecurities? Ok maybe 90......Not in this society buddy, and from what I can tell lez and gays got it twice as bad, as far as social insecurities go. So this is a reflection of our flaw'd society, not our individuality. All thou the right individuals could help your situation. But come on this comes from the same society that still deep-down thinks all gays and lezbians have some sort of mential disorder and on top of that believe all mental disorders can be fixed with taking the right pill, what do you expect? Confidence? hahah don't you remember highschool? Some people STILL go to counselling for that cluster #$#@$........
