Crysis hands down
Just save up and wait for next generation of GeForce cards, I think it was rumored to be called D9E. You'll need that to actually run Crysis with full setting, resolution and AA.

you mean the highest system requirements to play ... well i think its crysis at the moment.
though its not right to judge graphics by system requirements because some games are badly designed (bad game engine) would require high system requirements but doesn't really mean they are any better
