the egg dinosaurs layed eggs

The egg.

Birds came from dinosaurs. Dinosaurs laid eggs. Birds lay eggs. Name one bird that doesn't lay eggs, and I'm talking about female birds.

Okay, now think about this. How can a chicken exist without being born first? Another chicken would have had to lay the egg first. The first chicken was born from the egg of a non-chicken, and so the first chicken must have been a random bird with a genetic problem. But if a chicken was born from a non-chicken egg, that would make the egg a chicken egg, which would make the egg before the chicken.

Aagh, I'm confuzzle-ing myself...@.@

The chicken egg came first. The chicken egg was probably an inheirited mutation from a different species that created a chicken. And the chicken became the dominant trait of the mutation.

Well if you are referring to any egg, then the egg came first.

If you are referring to the first egg from which a chicken was born, the egg came first.

If you are referring to the first egg laid by a chicken, the chicken came first.

The chicken came first, because in the beginning, God created everything fully grown. Read the first two chapters of the book of Genesis in the Bible. That tells the story.

Since there were eggs before chickens even evolved, then the answer is simple...

The egg.

It matters not if there is a God and if he created the universe. There is evidence for evolution.
