Is My House Haunted? (Please Help!)?

Question

OK Now to some of you this is giong to sound ridiculous... But I need some help so please answer!!!

Ok I think my house is haunted, so if you could help me figure out wether it is or not that would be GREATLY appriciated! =]

Here are the signs:
1. I could not find my remote control that goes to my tv, and i searched EVERYWHERE and could not find it. So then i went to bed. The next morning I awoke to it being right next to me.
2.OK last night I was looking for two of my stuffed animals, I could not find them so again I went to bed, i again awoke to them right beside me
3. in the middle of the night the curtains fell
4. in the middle of the night the tv turned on and off (alot)
5. when my sis was a baby she was waving and talking to someone who wasnt there, and then my mom heard voices and she goes whoever you are go away because my baby needs to sleep

Ok, now please help me on what to do it is 10:24 right now and they usually come at midnight so tell me what to do please!

This house is not new. I have been living in it for about 11 years. And stuff like this has just recently started happining often. Occasionally a few years ago it would happen but now it is just happening like every night. So please help and like tell me whether they are good or bad or stuff like that. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

Thanks to all the people who answered. ONe thing I noticed is people saying maybe i rolled on the remote to turn the tv on and then it may have moved it. Well one it was a different night 2 it was the living room remote and 3 i had already searched my bed. But thankyou so much and keep those answers coming!!!!!!!!!

Ok guys I am still here and will be here for another like 40 minutes watching your answers and trying to stay in contact with you guys! I will defintatley stay in contact and post some more details on what happens. For the people that asked me to email them I will. All of you guys thanks for the answers it helps a whole lot. I would love to single out people here as well but I dont have so much time, there are way to many people to single out because all of you have given such good answers, I will experiment them all tonight keep a journal and get back to you guys on how i did. it is OBVIOUSLY haunted, well, not haunted, but I suppose a ghost visits your house..

Hey, you know what ahppened to your sister!! That happened to me too, but I was a baby!!I was like sleeping upstairs, all my parents were like downstairs, and like they heard me crying, then all of a sudden, they saw me crying in the STAIRS!! some ghost probably carried me to the stairs!! it's so mysterious ebcause everyone in my house were all downstairs!!

in that same house, my auntie got LOCKED UP in the bathroom when she used it at midnight, it was so creepy!!

I'm so glad we moved out of that house!

but the remote part? i kinda think someone in your house pranked you, or like, maybe you were just scatterbrained he he!!!

but yeah, I think that house is haunted!

Relax, they won't hurt you.

Sounds as though there is a playful spirit around you. Has a playful pet died recently? Maybe one who enjoyed hiding things? Do you smell anything like the scent of flowers or maybe a spicy aroma before you notice these things?

Your Mom knew what she was doing by talking directly to the "entity". From your question, it appears that the women in your family are psychic or at least sensitive to "the other side". Women usually are, for some reason.You can do what your Mom did by asking them what they want.

Try this:

1) Say a prayer. The "Our Father" prayer is very powerful and will protect you.
2) Ask it what it wants. If you feel or hear an answer, that's good.
3) Sometimes a loved one will speak to us in our dreams. You can tell whoever is trying to contact you to please talk to you in your dreams and then pay attention to your dreams for the next week or so. Keeping a journal is good for this.

I don't feel that this entity is trying to harm you in any way, they just want to say "Hi" and to get your attention.

This time of the year is when spirits from loved ones who have passed over sometimes try to communicate to us on this side. They are just telling us that all is well and that they are with us in spirit.

Say the "Our Father" prayer, relax and listen carefully. It will be alright.

I am 77 years old and I have never known of a house that was prov en to be haunted. I cannot explain why the things happen that make you think your house is haunted, but if you "hang in there" in time, I feel certain you will discover the logical answers. Sometimes our mind plays tricks on us due to exhaustion, taking medication , sleep walking, there could be a medical explanations or like me---just getting old. House pets move things around; curtains fall due to gravity the same as when an acorn finally decides to fall from a tree; your T.V. could have an electrical short or you or your pet could roll over on the remote in the night. I'm not saying that any of the above is the right answer for you. I'm just offering some possibilities. "Hang in there".

Interesting. No, I don't think so. I haven't noticed anything odd or unusual. I did spend a lot of time in this Victorian house that was built in 1860 and saw/heard quite a few odd things. At night, sometimes it seemed like the house came alive. We heard what sounded like people moving luggage up and down the stairs. The bedroom door all of a sudden just opened slowly like someone was coming in. Apparently the people that owned the house before had been known to leave during the night afraid. I was sitting at the top of one of the staircases and I felt like a cat was walking behind me, close but not touching. No. The only cat in the house was in the bathroom quite a distance away eating. I could see him. It could not have been him. He's fast but not that fast. My boyfriend's father thought he let the cat out but he didn't. He saw the cat a few minutes later. He was like, what cat did I let out? There is only one cat. Nothing really scarey happened. We just said, well that was strange when weird things happened. I had spent a few nights in the house by myself with the cat.

No it isn't haunted.......if you are rather spiritual, thinking on God and all that........the devil doesn't like it.
This day and age a lot of people don't know that deamons are sent to make you believe in ghost/haunted(fear)....by doing those things whether nice or not..........he loves to make you afraid, to fear him rather than God.

You might be having visions, dreams.

Are you taking any medications that make you forget. There are signs for dimentia.

Ignoring them makes them mad. What sends them away is commanding them.......You can say...In the name of Jesus I command you to leave.

Do whatever will help you: Pray, leave your Bible in your room, fast and command them before you go to sleep. Then trust God to do the rest.

Sounds haunted to me. You should watch the show "ghost hunters" on the sci-fi channel. It is a good show for ghosts! Once I went to the Crescent Hotel in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and let me tell you I think that place is haunted!

strange! but about the tv, maybe the remote was buried under your pillow, you rolled over in your sleep a few times, and pressed the power button a couple times with ur elbow or something. then maybe it ended up next to you the next morning because you tossed and turned enough to move it?

Yeah I think your house is haunted you need to move out fast.
I believe in ghost and all but not those ghost finders,so dont waste you money... the ghosts are there for a reason!!

We live in a age of science, so you should look for a logical explanation to the events instead of just jumping straight to Ghosts. But you won't do this because you want to believe so badly in ghosts. Wanting to believe something is real, doesn't make it real...

yeah may be haunted just alittle bit just leave something in 1 special place and go 2 sleep wen u wake up the next morning see if its still there.
