I have two quick questions.

1. I was taken to Small Claims Court by my sister over a cell phone....the judge split the bill between us because of the evidence brought to him. I owed her 209.00. I'd paid 150.00, and my sister had a change of heart and decided she didn't want any more money. She told me 6 months ago she'd file the paperwork to show it as satisified...I have not recieved anything from the court or my sister regarding this and it still shows on my credit report. ANY IDEAS ON HOW TO FIX THIS?? WILL I GET A STATEMENT OF JUDGEMENT BEING PAID??

2. If both the def. and plaint. fail to appear to the hearing...WHAT HAPPENS? WILL BOTH PARTIES BE NOTIFIED OF THE OUTCOME?

Can I call on status of a lawsuit if I have the case number without giving my name?

I'm concerned with the judgement of my sister's because it's showing on my credit report.

if both parties to an action fail to show, the action is DISMISSED. To cover yourself, since sis does not want any more money, have her give you a NOTARIZED statement to that effect. Send a copy to the court referencing the case. End of problem.
