Aww come on...the 80s wasn't necessarily a bad time for rock videos. Some were showy, but some were in-your face awesome :)

This question has come up before and I still think it's Rob Zombie with Foxy, Foxy. Perhaps not the worst video ever but it could have been better. Kind of a lazy idea.

One of the worst videos I have ever seen with a good song (that a friend showed me, I don't listen to much power metal) is Don't Say A Word by Sonata Arctica.

I'm going with most of the over used performance videos that bands do. I can't stand to just see them standing there the whole time... they could at least insert a few interesting tidbits.

That song is absolutely amazing, great, great piece of music..
But the video is really terrible.. It's just so strange!

Additional: Ok Ok....I take back "any" and replace it with most..lol! I love my 80's rock but "most" of the videos are awful and I'm not just comparing it to videos now I thought that then also...lol!
