Assuming Georgia beats Georgia Tech and LSU doesn't play for the National Championship, what happens to Georgia? If Tennessee beats Kentucky and goes to the SEC championship won't the winner of that game play in the Sugar Bowl, since LSU will no longer be in the National Championship. How likely is it that Georgia will get into a BCS bowl as an at-large team? Also they will most likely jump into the top 5 since #6 Arizona State lost and either Kansas or Mizzou are also going to lose. Lastly if Georgia does go to the SEC championship and they lose will it destroy their chances of getting into a BCS game as an at-large team?

You know its funny on here how every LSU fan talks about winning the SEC game if TN is in it. They're not so confident if Georgia was in that title game instead. However, you never know Georgia just may be.

Anyways, LSU loss could be a blessing for the dawgs who should they win out and not play in the SEC game end up waiting to see the fallout so they can have a shot at that national title game. Sure no 2 loss team has played in the NC game BEFORE, but I think by no people will finally stop talking like that couldn't happen in a season where a lot of Couldnt happen have happened. Just look at that Rose Bowl. If Ohio State goes to the NC game, that leaves a spot in the Rose Bowl. Why would the Rose Bowl Committee want a 9-3 Illinois team (thats the Big Ten #2) when it could have a 10-2 Georgia team?

If Oklahoma beats the winner of the Kansas/West Virginia game and West Virginia losses a game in their next two...

Then Ohio State will move up to #1 and Georgia will move up to #2 and they will play each other in the National Championship.

Isn't that weird though that Georgia might play in the National Championship and not even make it to their own Conference Championship.
