Read it and you'll understand. Hitler pretty much told the world what he would do if he ever came to power. His desire to wage war and his pathological hatred of the Jews were already on clear display when he wrote Mein Kampf. A major reason that Hitler did come to power was that very few people actually paid attention to what he said in that book.
