Not like tons of weight, but maybe 10-20 pounds.
Not saying I want to lose some, just curious if anyone has any personal methods that work.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

I quit drinking everything but purified water or my own self-brewed teas.

I cut out sugar & sugar substitutes

I ate 3 small meals each with very lean protein source & vegetable sources every day.

I had 3 small snacks of organic fruits or veggies every day.

I worked out at the gym 2-3 times a week but I did some type of exercise CD every morning for about 20 minutes.

Cut back on fat, eat lots of fruits and veggies, and drink tons of water and try to exercise 30 minutes to 1 hour each day. Worked very well for me.

I believe starting to walk/jog early
in the morning or late at night.

Eat fruit and veggies(that's very important)
Switch snacks(chips, pretzels, junk) to
100 calorie snacks or veggies, fruit.
Switch one meal to a salad.
Eat breakfast, maybe Special K.
Drink lots and LOTS of water.

Walk not a stroll but quick walk(walking as fast as you can) and swing your arms. and eat right. Once I cut out red meat the lbs fell off without trying. The first few weeks anyway!
But they have stayed off too! Thank God!

Eat less and live near a really nasty big dog that hates you. You'd be surprised at how the pounds drop off.

i am on a 1200 calorie a day and i go to the gym and work out about an hour or so
