Currently,I'm in my first year and was wondering if it's worth going another 2 years after i get an associate's degree.I have heard some schools will pay your tuition if you work for them.I just want to get in the workforce as soon as posssible, since i've already wasted 1.5 years in a bus. degree.Thanks.

Actually it makes no difference. An employer only wants you to be registered, and to do that you have to graduate from an accredited program, either with a certificate, associate, or bachelors degree. Get your certificate or associate, start working, and then go back to get your bachelors degree if you want to. An RT with a 4 year degree is in no way a better tech, nor do they make any more money. It is only necessary if you want to go into management someday.

Anything in the technical field like computers, electronics engineering, programming etc. There are always jobs available and all you need is a 2 year degree. Check your community college.

A four year degree is ALWAYS better than a two year degree.
