He's actually been promoting their well being quite strongly and his budgets have had greater then inflation cost of living adjustments. If he is being soft on any group of the military, it is veterans where he has blocked many improvements for them passed by the legislature.

This was an error admitted to by the pentagon. It has been identified and is being corrected. All soldiers will get their bonuses. Why are you people so quick to blame Bush for everything? I'm not fond of some of the things done by this administration either, but do you really think he has anything to do with military payrole? There are hundreds of people in different offices that handle this part of government.

Because Bush is slowly fading into History... -& people have alot of OTHER things on their mind these days... -They're really NOT interested in being reminded of the mistake they made when they voted for Bush in the FIRST place... :(
