What are some good books that talk about the positives of the USA PATRIOT Act ? I am writing a term paper. No rude comments about the act please.

The tone of your question is inappropriate. A negative comment about the Patriot Act is not "rude". To be rude, one must make ugly remarks against a person, not a document. I can't be rude to an idea.

Anyway, if you ask for comments about something, you can't expect people to only give you positives.

Quite frankly, there are very few positive things to say. I've read portions of the act (something that NO members of Congress were allowed to do before voting on it), and I can find very little positive to say about it. Read it yourself. Don't depend on someone else's analysis. Think for yourself!
