In my most humble opinion, Furd, you are an adult [I assume] and should be able to sip and sit at 4 w/o drawing degradation from the teetotalers.

Bless your heart, Furd! What you need to tell folks is that you don't stop drinking martinis until 3:30pm. I commend you for taking that one half hour break every day!
I am not one bit better than you. I never bothered with the half hour break. It would have broken my concentration and I would have messed up at work.
