Actually, I'm disabled from several syndromes, with the focus on pain. To be honest, I am in constant pain from the top of my head to the bottoms of my feet. This is 24/7, and they can't give me strong enough medication to help. Being online doesn't get my mind off of it, but it does help lift my spirits.

I have arthritis all over my body so I'm having pain all over. I try not be dependent on pain meds so I try to condition my mind that this pain is just temporary and always try to have proper posture to alleviate some pain.

I started training in Jujitsu after 2 years. My lower abs are SOOOOO sore I can hardly stand it.
