Why does my body generate so much of heat? is it the things i eat? Thank you for all your answers!

It could be your diet, in combination with a strong metabolism. Complex carbohydrates could do that.

It is your metabolism and your activity. Heat is generated as a waste product, since energy conversion is never 100%. When you exercise, more heat is generated.

Heat is a byproduct of aerobic respiration. Everytime you respire, you are bringing in oxygen which will eventually be used to drive the substrate level phosphorylation of ADP to ATP. A byproduct of this reaction is heat since the aerobic respiration process is only about 60% efficient.

That can be one reason, another reason can be your blood circulation is unstable or you're sick due to lack of exercise. Actually, there are many reasons why body heat increases.
