Sorry, but your GPA is too low. I'm telling you because I think it's more important to be honest, than attempt to seem nice and say "Give it a shot!" But even 4.0's don't get into Harvard. It's EXTREMELY competitive, now much more than ever. And is that IF you get a perfect SAT?
Also, the AMOUNT of extracurrics really makes no difference. In fact, it's probably bad that you have 12, because I'm guessing you just signed up for 12 clubs at school and did nothing in them. The best schools prefer like 4 activities that you did exceptionally well in, and pursued very far, took leadership, and showed deep passion.
Advice, try to transfer?

You must be smart to get a 2400, but 12 extra cirriculars is too much and your GPA is really low unless you go to an insanely competitive school. Universities want passions, not an extra long list with no shape or meaning. Actually a perfect SAT score often hinders one's chances of admissions to a top tier school. I think there is a statistic that Harvard rejects almost have of its applicants with 2400's. But apply, definately. You have a better chance than many.

While I am not in Harvard's admission board, it looks like you have an excellent chance. With a perfect SAT score, you can get into almost any college. With YOUR qualifications, you might even get a scholarship.
Good luck.

Nope -- I don't think so.
You will be able to get into some good school with those credentials -- but Ivy League schools are unlikely.
Harvard only accepts 8% of those who apply. I suspect that you would be in the bottom half of their applicant pool.

GPA might be a little to low.
Also your school could play into effect here.
For example, someone with slightly lower grades from a better school has a better chance of getting in.
