I WOULD say "marrying such a scumbag", but that scumbag helped me make a beautiful child, so... I dunno.
Probably "not sticking with my higher education". Things would be a lot easier if I had a college degree behind me.

I too regret the fact that I did not go on to college right after high school. It really never is too late. I still take classes in several of the colleges in my area. Even if it does not allow you to get a higher paying or more interesting job, it will enhance your life in many ways. I finally got a degree for the primary purpose of getting a decent paying job in my mid thirties. I no longer care about degrees. I only take one course each semester. I am curious about things that never interested me in my youth. I wish I had this thirst for knowledge when I was younger. You might discover the same thing. I would recommend at least giving it a try. It will change who you are in some ways, but the changes will be positive. I can’t think of any negative changes that I have incurred by going back to school.

well to say one thing-woe, I have done so many things i regret,
yet the biggest regret???it would have to be waiting so long the week i was going to commit suicide before i let Jesus in my heart to forgive my sins, deleate my past regrest, as the bible says to cast them into the deapest sea to remember no more Psalm 103.
I remember that day, I cried in church like a baby, but it was the joy of feeling clean on the inside like pins and needles knowing Jesus was there , feeling my burdens and regrets gone, a new life begun, yet some of the tears were for the shame of all the things i had done to regret, yet i learned it was "If anyone be in Christ/the messiah, old things are passed away and you have become a new creation, all things are become new. II Corinthians I believe.
yet I regret the time and life i wasted , but its so wonderfull to know i didnt kill my self and be in hell regretting forever weeping Matthew 24:51 for rejecting repenting and letting him into my heart Revelation 3:19&20 that he spoke from heaven knocking on our heart door to come in deliver from sin and be our friend personally Rev. 1:1 His words from heaven sooooo true and I regret i didnt listen sooner, the sweet pea now happy in His amazing grace

Go, back now! You are never too old. They issue Bachelor's degrees to 85 year olds if you want them. Go back. Life always has opportunity if you are just willing to take it.
I got all the way through school, much to their surprise, since I am disabled. There are some semesters that were bad enough to keep me out of law school. I regret those.

I regret my naivety. All my regrets basically come down to the fact that I didn't see certain people and situations for what they were, especially in regards to certain 'friends'/family members and the religion I was involved in.
I'd like to think I've started over now, and learned from my lessons. There's a fine line between naivety and optimism, but I'm hoping to find myself living on the right side of it...

Not telling my first fiance at the time it occurred why I broke our engagement. About five weeks before I broke the engagement I found out I'd never be able to have children and being 900 some odd miles away from my family (I was a senior in college at the time) I felt I didn't have anyone I could turn to. I felt my fiance deserved someone who could have children and I just told him I wasn't ready to marry; which in essence was true.
I told him about ten years after this happened - after I had married and he understood my actions which in a way made me feel worse for doing what I did.

My only regret is not traveling overseas more before I had my daughters. Life gets 328492342 times more complicated when you have children. Now I can't just say, "well i'm going to pack my bags and go backpacking through eruope for the summer" and back then when I could- I put it off and put it off.

I used to have many regrets ... until I met the man who is now my husband. I realized that if I had ever made any choice differently (some were right, some were wrong) we would NEVER have met, fallen in love, and gotten married. We are both EXTREMELY HAPPY and are together 'forever and beyond' now ... and that means I have NO REGRETS, thanks be to God.

Mine would be that I didn't visit my grandparents more when they were alive. I have lots of guilt to this day, and am trying very hard to make sure that I spend plenty of time with my parents so I don't end up with the same regret about them.
