If the condom has been kept in good condition, you shouldn't worry

Expiration dates on chicken are pretty clear, because it does go bad shortly after. Expiration dates on soda, condoms, beer, and other things are just guesses, and sometimes intentional (to make you think it expired and force you to go out and buy more). They're rough indicators. Condoms don't magically go bad on the date they "expire".

So chances are you have roughly the same protection as an "unexpired" one. I will say that if it had a spermicide on it as well that THAT part of it may have expired. Even new condoms, though, aren't perfect so you always take a chance.

Condoms have expiration dates because they have a higher chance of breaking after they become old. If the condom didn't break, then you won't get pregnant unless there were holes in it. Most condoms have spermicide jelly on them as a precaution in case they do break.

Yes. You can get pregnant with a non-expired condom. They are not 100% effective (just very close to that) so anything can happen.

You can get pregnant using a condom that isn't expired. Condoms are not 100% effective.

Condoms are only guaranteed until the date of their expiration. So it could be a possibility.

there is always a chance of you getting pregnant using any type of birth control. Condoms are only 80 something % effective if used correctly. look for the exp date and don't use after that date

Yes. Even the non-expired condoms have a 99.9% rate of success.

Only way to for this to happen would be if the condom broke or had a breach in it that allowed the semen to leak out..if its in a package and sealed I bet the chances are slim of breakage, unless he is king kong
