Ya it helps when I'm stressed and my kids
are driving me nuts.

I'd have to say that I sometimes do. If I get in a bad mood, I can sometimes come on here and ask a question about it...or I can answer questions and feel like I'm actually helping people out. It can't really solve a person's life problems, but it can certainly put him/her in a better mood!

Helps pass the work hours away and it is an excellent resource to use when you want to put off important thing until the last minute

My boyfriends mom does. She's like 41 and has Rheumatoid arthritis, and she has a medical card for it (In California). But I guess it helps her out.
