where can i found some money changers?? that can exchange my iranian rial?? i cant find some money changers.?

You don't say where you are, but if you are in the USA, you would be better off trying to sell them as collectibles at a coin shop. I don't know of any currency exchange or bank in the USA that will buy them at anywhere near what you paid for them, because they are extremely difficult to sell.
Try a coin shop, or, if you have a large quantity, eBay may be your best bet. How much do you have to sell? Are they in decent collectible condition?
