definitely from others..
i watch & learn..
seeing their mistakes & failures helps teach me what *not* to do if i am ever in a given situation..
as for my mistakes..I just continue to repeat the same ones over & over again..
when will i learn..??

I never learn!
I'm a good observer..I know what gets people in trouble...I know what I'll be regretting if I did it
but that doesn't stop me from making the same mistakes over and over and over

when i was younger, i only learned from my own. they were usually costly, or reoccurring mistakes.
but as wisdom has slowly seeped in through the cracks of my ignorance, (to no fault of my own). i find it a much easier lesson, to observe others, see their action/consequence game... ponder it & glean some
knowledge from their lesson from "the school of hard knocks"
but i still manage to make afoul of things from time to time.....
they may be less in quantity than in earlier yrs, but with the addition of age (and the supposed wisdom that comes with), the few i do make, still tend to make me look/feel just as foolish as when i were a younger lad.
and so, alas i am no better in this latter state, than i was in the former.
Woe to me.

i basically learned from all of my friends' mistakes. not that i don't commit my own or anything

i am the type of person who learns the hard way....i have a need to try things myself...but i am learning how to learn from the times where i have messed up...

Umm... I dont know. I dont make mistakes. hahahahahahha what a joke. lol sry. Probaly both. Though Im not sure. If they are equal, then they are pretty close. Why do you ask?
