yes, because shrinks are EXPENSIVE! and some people could really use some help, but can't afford it

there are, or you can get a referral from someone at the clinics (social worker/or md) and receive service on a sliding scale or completely free depending

Yes, but the government wouldnt want to pay for it...wed end up paying for it anyway with a raise of taxes..
