I doubt it looks as bad as you think...we are all our own worst critic. Maybe you should try getting opinions from some of your close friends? Other than losing weight (which you don't need to do at 123 pounds) the only thing i know of is surgery.

There are lots you can do without surgery to make your chest look smaller. I'm 5'2 with 36 DD's so I have the same problem. Find a bra that makes you look flatter. Wearing darker clothes help. wearing 2 bras help.

Breast reduction surgery. But with your size and weight, a 36C would ordinarily be quite attractive. An appropriate bra will help shape things to your liking.

Those whao are having small breasts are always worried about how to make them big. and you are already having good size and worried to make it smaller.
I think some womens never satisfies in any condition.

Wear a bra that flattens your chest - talk with your lingerie saleswoman about this
Surgery is another alternative, but it is a little drastic

You're fine. Just if you haven't done so- buy clothes at adult stores, since they're cut for a larger chest.
