None, but the Saudi's are immuned to US retaliation due to the obvious familial connections of the two ruling families in both countries.
Linguistically speaking, the word 'Petroleum' spoken with a southern drawl sounds a lot like the Saudi word for 'puppet master'.

State Department records make clear that 15 of the 19 men applied in Saudi Arabia and listed themselves as Saudi citizens to obtain visas

We also know they entered the U.S. with phony passports.

Therefore, it is possible that some could have used phony documents to obtain visas in Saudi. Saudi officials insist that "identity theft" is likely and that the true origin of some of the men remain in doubt.

We also know they were all Islamic zealots.

Most, I believe, appeared to be Saudi.

Do I understand you correctly that you would have been in favor of invading Mecca?

If so, in what way would that not have created more terrorists than some say Bush created by invading Iraq?

It makes no difference to me what the country of origins were as the hijackers on 9/11 were not known to be acting on the authority of the House of Saud.

They were acting out hatred.

All that matters is they were predominately Sunni. The Shiites in control of Iran are blood enemies of the Sunni. The city in the Middle East where these two long time enemies reside in great numbers is Baghdad. Iraq sits in the in the middle of the troubled region surrounded by Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Strategically, Iraq is pivotal in the broader war against terror as waged by these two sects against the USA.

A peaceful stable Iraq in which sensible members of these sects cooperate for peace would be good.

A unified sectarian war against the USA is no less valuable to know and the sooner the better.

The future of the world and more specifically the future of Islam hinges on how the Iraqis handle the opportunity we've given them to reach a decision as to what they shall do of their own free will.

They have the freedom to pursue peace or to pursue war.

We gave them the freedom; the decision is entirely up to them.

If they unite behind the philosophy of "Death to America" they will assuredly face a "United" States of America, which is a force no one has ever been able to overcome.

As a Southern American, let me assure you it is always better to wage war on the enemy's territory as no Yankee cities were ever burned to the ground. If any at large population need suffer from war, let it be the enemy population.

Pardon us as we try to determine with certainty as to how many and where the enemy is before we unleash the full force of military might, if necessary, we have held in reserve.

I'm hoping for the best but we should be prepared for the worst.

yes, none were.

but that is not important to some people in america who get a high off of violence.

when a man wants to fight, he will ignore facts.

people who want to go smashy-smashy-bang-bang all over the planet, are the same people who watch "professional" wrestling, and secretly go to co*k and/or dog fights.

they are the same "proud americans" who beat their wives and spank their kids, violence is addictive to the idiots.
