Yeah, I noticed that too.
Don't forget that Cardinals pitcher....what's his name?
I thought it was an omen. Like, all these milestones are being broken and all these lives are being taken.....in the same era.....it's no longer the Steroid Era, it's the Omen Era.

I have one that you missed, and everybody else has, in less somebody is thinking the same thing, and wrtiing at the same time, but you forgot Josh Hancock, remember the player that died in a car crash back in April in St. Louis when the Chicago Cubs and St. Louis Cardinals were playing each other, and as I recall the Chicago Cubs won the first 2 games of the series. So maybe he got himself into an accident, to save the St. Louis Cardinals from being swept. Through it does cruel of me to suggest that, or even think that. Well I just didnt' the list was compete without this mention, you might have even over look at, since it happened in late April. Or didn't the time to post them all.

It could be just a coincidence, or it could be that baseball has increasing media exposure, or it could be a whole mix of things - the question came out sounding like whether it could be the drugs or steroids but the examples you indicated show otherwise - a number of accidents there.

it's unusual for that to happen but i think one of the main reason is stress. All players are constantly stressed, baseball is stressful. Also i think carelessness, Cory Lidle died because he was driving a plain. When your make millions pitching in New York you don't risk it by piloting a plane. But i think Kennedys with death their was some foul play. Maybe poison?IDK

To many people have died, but there are so many baseball players, so that isn't that many deaths. Remember someone dies every second.

2 sad years. Tragedy. Shows how vulnerable we really are. We should take advantage of every second while we are able to walk this Earth.
