I do not mean spirituality, which I consider different from, and arguably supplemental to luck.
STORY PROBLEM: I have experienced extended periods of time (years) during which I had unusually good luck.

I have experienced longer periods when luck was unremarkable: generaly neither good nor bad.

More recently, for the last 8 years, I have experienced broad personal misfortune (loss of friends, pets, career, etc.). Most anything that could go wrong, has gone wrong.

QUESTION: Does anyone have a proven technique that challenges, forces, or effects a real change of luck?

As we get older we seem to lose friends, career and family. It's sad, call it luck but its also just a fact of life.
I think the best way to turn bad luck into good is to keep a smile and to look for the silver lining, because NOTHING is all good or all bad.
Good luck seems to beget good luck but a lot has to do with inviting it in by a pleasant attitude. It is harder though as we get older and lose our health. Still since we haven't any option we may as well aim for the most pleasant option and keep on trying and also looking for new less demanding occupations.

Siince our lives are in sync with the energy of the planets & our personal surroundings, then it could have something to do with something that happened to come INTO your life when the trouble first started 8 years ago. As we get older, the loss of life is a given & the other things simply happen for reasons that are unknown until we are YEARS down the road! Then we have a moment of clarity that leaves us scratching our head in disbelief that it took us so long to put 2=2 together! Some people never put it together until their dying day & then it is their time to go.
Life is measured in a series of days, which then go into weeks, months, years, decades. etc.
Within those years, we have time that is also measured in seconds, minutes, hours, (reg & military).
It doesn't matter how many digits are in your numbers.
All you need to realize is that all time is measured in a set of only 9 numbers (1 thru 9). Zero is simply a placeholder & does not count in the true sense of the word of binary numbers.
What does this mean> I have no idea. You asked a question about a STORY PROBLEM, so I hope you can use some of this as a jumping off point to find an answer that fits your own best solution......since I don't really know what your actual problem is. It simply sounds like you are at a crossroads with a writers block issue to me. Start adding things up & deducing em into single numbers & you might open up some of your brain cables to get a better flow within yourself. Hope this helped 2 give you some fresh ideas!

If something like that were out there, I would've partaken before now. I have never had good luck in any endeavor except one. That is meeting and yes, loving all of the fine people I have met on this site. Blessing upon myself for that luck and upon others for whatever they need. Always and all ways!

I know that I don't! My dad is very lucky though, he even won a new car in a raffle. He bought 3 tickets costing $2.00 each. As the saying goes.... some people can fall in sh*t and come out smelling like a rose. I'm not one of those people.

There is no easy way to change luck . But I do believe in good karma and what goes around comes around. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Live right that is all you can do. And have faith.Beautiful words Wally.
