yes, i went to yankee stadium for the first time when i was 12. my dad took me aside and spoke to me quietly before i went. he knew that i was 12 and therefore immortal and he wanted me to understand stuff before i left. he told me that that old ballpark had been around a long time, before my dad or my dad's dad and that it would still be here long after we were all gone. and even though you're 12 and you're gonna live forever, you need to remember something. that the truth isn't that the ballpark is a small part of your life but that for a short while, you are a part of its. there's a sign hanging in the tunnel between the clubhouse and the dugout. it's a quote by joe dimaggio, it says, "i thank the good lord for making me a yankee".
well, i thank the good lord for making me a yankee fan. i hope you make it there next summer. see you there. :)

Yes. I went to Yankee Stadium in June of 1993 with my Dad, and saw my baseball hero Don Mattingly get a hit, and also score a run when Bernie Williams hit a grand slam off Danny Darwin. Final Score -- Yankees 4, Red Sox 0. (YES!) Scott Kamieniecki got the win. I had a great time, and visited Monument Valley before the game, even. Fantastic. :)

I have, but only once even though I'm a big Yankee fan living in New York. I plan to go to a lot of Yankee games in the 2008 season.

If you get a chance to go to Yankee stadium, try to go to a Yankees - Red Sox or Yankees - Mets game. I have sat all over Yankee Stadium, my favorite place was the bleachers, my least favorite place is the upper deck by 3rd base. Go early enough to see Monument Park.

I'm a Yankee fan stuck in central Wisconsin. I used to go to Milwaukee before they went to the National League now I have to go to the Twindome. It is a terrible baseball stadium. The only upside is that there will not be a rainout.

I have. I'm lucky enough to be able to go to Dodger Stadium a couple of times a year.
You should really go see Yankee stadium if you're such a big fan. I went to New York with my class about 2 years ago when I was in highschool and I was so mad because our teacher didn't let us go see Yankee Stadium, and I'm not even a fan. I want to see all the major league stadiums someday.

Yes Citizens Bank Park. It's a gorgous looking stadium. I've been to Yankee Stadium. And didn't care for it to much. I hope to go to PNC and Fenway in 2008.

Yeah I went there when I was in the 5th grade, I went there with my teacher and 3 other students, I am now in the 12th grade. But I still remember that game Th Dodgers beat the Phillies 7-6 at dodger Stadium, I still have the ticket stuff and a paper tatoo they gave out that night. i hope you get to go to Yankke Stadium and enjoy yourself.
