I havent had sex in quite a while but I get frequent erection's that may contribute due to the rubbing on the underside of my penis , the what apears to be a callus is on the underside right under the tp...what do you do to get rid of a calluss on the penis ?

This doesn't sound right. You need to go get it checked out by a doctor as soon as possible.

Your tool was designed to endure a lot of friction.
If you don't have enough lubrication when you have sex with yourself, you might get a nasty rash, that goes away in a day, but if you get something that looks like a callus, you either need to take a bath or see a Doctor!

Yup, get checked! If it does turn out to be friction:
Make sure you're wearing soft undergarments (cotton is best);
Use a moisturizer every day to keep the skin hydrated (Man1 Man Oil is made for the penis).

treatment like the treatment of callus in other parts of the body is fraught with danger
