Well the Wagner Act was passed in 1935, the Patriot act is present day, and there were no wars during his administration.

So the answer is C. Which I refers to his Indian removal act. The Cherokees felt they were entitled to their land. Georgia refused to grant them licenses to the land. It went to the Supreme Court, where they ruled in favor of the Cherokee. Andrew Jackson said "John Marshall (who was Chief Justice) made his ruling, now let him enforce it". And he allowed Georgia to boot the Cherokee out of the state.
