It's possible to open one when you're 13 seconds old. Will need an adult unless it's a non interest earning account.

Ask for the Christmas Club account either through your parent's bank or credit union. It actually yields a pretty fair interest rate.

Sure it's possible. You just have to open a joint account with one of your parents/guardian and it'll be open to you. They'll give you an ATM card and a VISA. You'll have total access to everything. Write your own checks, use your own debit card. Just get one of your parents to make a joint account with you.

Most major banks will let you open a joint account with adult. They do it this way so interest can be reported for tax purpose.
