Was thinking on an airless spray gun - example here http://melspray.com.au/info/handy-airless.htm And it's for a touch up job on my car, paint is metallic.

Thanks

compressed air guns are regularly used with metallic paint, the electric type will work, but you need a very fine orifice (opening).

Without strictly knowing the tool, or how you define "Electric air spray gun; are you talking about an air brush appliance? A Wagner appliance?

You might also consider; and I have no clue as to your application; that auto finishes; often; usually; no matter metallic or not; are enamel base.

In any case it might help us to know.
