Take it easy, life is full of trials and it depends upon how you handle it.
Feel fortunate and always think about those people who are less fortunate than you, those who are sick without a single chance to live longer and those who are dying for hunger .

Really does depend on the severity and how it impacts on your life. If how you are feeling actually depresses you, you should see your doctor. Hopefully your doctor will be skilled enough to put you in the right direction such as counselling, therapy or even a consultant psychiatrist. The important thing is that you deal with the issues right now, don't wait. Depression can become an accepted way of life for many people. Speak to professional people who will help you.

Hi Debbie.
When I have difficulties, i ask God's guidance on how to deal with my problems. I always turn to Him not only in my joys and triumphs but in times like this.
Pray fervently with a humble heart and ask the Lord to ligthen up your burdens.
That makes you think clearly and can find solution to your problems.
God never gives us difficulties in life that we can't solve it.

Dmitri is not dealing with difficulties & problems. He's choosing to let the pressure force him into doing something that is not mentally sound. Dmitri needs to contact a mental health professional immediately.

I have depression problems, too, and anxiety, and life is difficult to deal with. For one thing, I see my dr. regularly and take my meds faithfully. I see a therapist, and he helps me figure out how to make undoable things doable. We discuss issues, my husb comes in w/ me sometimes so we can discuss joint issues.

God is my rock, and He and the church help me immensely just by calling me and keeping in touch.

My husband is my guide that keeps me strong and warm in the fierce weather.

My sister has experienced similar problems as my own, and fully understands what I'm going through. She listens and loves.

And my dear kitty helps me relax when she makes biscuits on my shoulder every night. Pets are very helpful for helping us relax.

Take care,
Debbie

First, I go to God, because He helps me through anything. Second, I go to trusted adults, because I am only 14, so I need someone with life experience. Third, I go to my friends, because they understand what I am going through.
