We are temporary combinations of form, perception
conception, volition, consciousness. Consciousness has 9 aspects and is the place where we have choices. Those choices affect all the other aspects of life. So our forms are different, our perceptions are different, so are the other components of life.

Why are we different? If even 2 neutrinos are not identical, How can a complexity like humanity fail to have endless ranges of variations?
You will see from the other answers that your question won't even get serious consideration because of the differences that are unavoidable.

This is really a psychology question.

Each person is genetically (except for mono zygotic twins = identical twins) because we take a different mix from our parents.

Then life happens. And even if we are mono zygotic twins, one is on the left and the other on the right.

We learn most of all our behaviour etc. example - there is only two genetically programmed fears - falling and loud noises so we learn the rest. And what learn is determined by our parents and our couture and the opportunities with in that.

Genetic diversity and the occasional mutation makes us all different.

Anyway, would you want us all to be the same?

It is more interesting being different..

Vive la difference!
