Why ? Don't tell me men are pigs but most are not. I think
biologically it is much easier for women not to have extramarital sex then men.

more data - the trend is men think and biologically need more sex then women. Again this does not men
all men cheat but this is a factor.

Your reasoning is on the right track. The evolutionary biologists will tell you that men are driven to avoid monogamy because it is in their interest to distribute their genes to as many offspring as possible. (There is a further argument that, by combining their genes with those of as many mates as possible, males help to guarantee the propagation of their bloodline by introducing greater genetic diversity for disease resistance etc.) All of this is abetted by men being able to mate quickly, often, and at a low biological cost relative to women, who must carry fetuses for 40 weeks and then nurture their young for years.
The same line of reasoning says that females are more likely to invest in monogamy because they want to convince a capable male to devote resources (like food, protection, nurturing, etc) on the children they bear.

True a man can't cheat without a woman.
People put too much stress on a marriage. They expect too much from the person and they just snap.
Sometimes people get caught up in life and forget about the other person. But, they don't really mean to do it.

I'd have to agree with you but I'd say your 20-25% stat on men is probably about 20 percentage points too low.

It's easier for men, because women get to envolved with their emotions. They end up caring about the guy, as where the men don't. t's just sex.
