most likely the 1992 caprice parts my not be worn out as the ford check and see the ford my be a classsic

Tricky; The Chevy has coils in the back, so it'll be a lot softer than the Ford with leafs in back. But the Ford will be a lot more stable for the same reason. One really, really annoying thing about Chevys is that the drivers seat tends to collapse, and there's a brace halfway down that rubs against the backbone. That means a new seat.

i would go with the caprice, more hp. so i would rather have that.
