I think that depends on where and when I am meeting them. Usually I'm worried that they will think that I'm a snob since I'm shy when I first meet someone, but once we get to talking I hope they change their mind. I will admit that it takes me some time to open up and chat.

With me, it is, what you see is what you get.

I'm right up front with people and it amazes how many people have a hard time dealing with too much honesty.

As Popeye says, " I am, what I am."

Because I'm quiet and very observant when I first meet someone, I am at times, accused of being intimidating or acting like a snob.

I do my best to change my demeanor.

I hate it being said about me, so I try my best to make people feel at ease and it works for me most of the time.

Once they get to know me, they almost like me too much.

It's nice to be liked but I don't want to carry them around in my pocket.

Kinda hard to put this answer into to words,so it comes out right.

Thanks for the question. It gives me more to think about.

I should change my avatar from Dee Jay to the Thinker. I think, I think too much.

I am a bit introverted when first meeting people and I am afraid they will think I'm a snob which I'm not . I generally like most people but don't come on too strong at first because some people are users and I used to fall for their tactics but not anymore.

Most afraid of that I am shy and withdrawn. I tend to be very quiet but once I open my mouth and talk, people have been known to listen.

I like Justme's answer, except I would comment on all those same things to her in return for some of the wealth she has accumulated, so I could share in her spotlight. Yum yum yum. And maybe buy a boat for all of you sweet people.

Never thought about it. Actually I just think that they will like me about as much as I like them and I'm usually not far wrong if at all.
