It's not Little People Big World, it was one of those documentaries like The Strongest Boy etc.. they were shorter average.. like 2 feet tall

No.. I remember what you are talking about and you are right.. it is NOT Little People Big World.. I watched it.. one sec and I'll look it up.
I remember there was a girl who was about 10 and she was no bigger than a 1 yr. old.. and she was very frail looking..
Here.. the disorder is called primordial dwarfism and the shows were The Smallest People in the World and one on one particular girl was called The Real Life Thumbelina.

you can remember that the show is on TLC but you cant remember that calling "dwarfs or little people " is ok but "pygmy midget people" are what tarzan fought on saturday mornings in the 70's

It is about little people, who no doubt do not care to be referred to as "pygmy midgets," but never mind that.
The show is called "Little People, Big World."
