Sometimes when I wash dishes there is almost like sandlike granular material on my dishes. I buy Jet Dry but I was told that is to prevent water stains on dishwashers. How can I clean it out? Someone said a cup of vinegar once a month? Please help!

run 4 cup fulls of CLR thru it, [with out dishes] then 2 times a mo run vinagar thru ,till it clears up then 1 cup a month.
switch to gel tabs soap, stay away from powder, it will clog up any thing,
the sand stuff is Lime,

Add 2 cups of white vinegar & run it empty. This will clean the jets...

use jet dry in a cycle by itself. For the outside get some Bleach and Pine combo set
