The XM Satellite radio show that she will start on Jan. 1st of 2008
is nothing more chance to brain wash her loyal fans. This is my opinion of course. It just saddens me to think of the power of influence a entertainer has. I like actors and talk show hosts a lot better when they read there lines and then zip it. The show will be called reinventing Jesus Christ : The New Gospel. False Teaching!! BEWARE.....

I agree that celebrities should be careful their influence is not detrimental to young, impressionable, gullible minds. Having said that, Oprah should not be our standard nor should she be likened to Jesus Christ in any way, shape, form, or fashion. She is what she is. A very blessed human being, a number one rated talk show host, and a multi millionaire. Maybe even a billionaire. One who takes many of those dollars and gives them to people in need in Chicago, and around the world. One who creates opportunities to help others give back and help those in dire straits. May I respectfully ask, What have you done lately? Are you feeding the hungry, promoting world peace, giving to support a world mission or an at-home mission? Jesus Christ is our only perfect example, not Oprah, Not the President but Jesus the Son of God, who died so that you, I and Oprah could have life and have it more abundantly. We have all sinned. Pray for her that she will come to the full knowledge of where her blessings come from.

Much of the Hollywood success comes from the click (sp?) scratching each other's back (opening doors for each other)..you stay in the click by being anti christian, pro gay and anti conservative. What killed it for me was when there was a story run about the "near death experience" Oprah suffered while flying in her private jet to Hawaii with her dogs and boyfriend Studman. It goes to show her hypocracy. The incident was talked about on her talk show, but additional info was aired on the Michael Savage show. While climbing out, the windshield cracked..being that the cabin is pressurized, there was a danger of the window blowing out. Using common sense and standard procedures, it is a simple task to fly to a lower altitude and depressurize the cabin..I, myself, being an aircraft mechanic, have changed at least 15 of these windows in Beechcrafts, Lears and Cessnas..no big deal! When they declared an emergency, the pilot asked the air traffic controller.."Do you know who this is?" (referring to Oprah in the back). The controller said "Yes I do"..you would need to hear the transcript and the tone of voice from the controller..you could tell he was thinking.."so what.." Now, Oprah has also bashed the President for global warming, the war for oil..yet she flies around (this was a vacation trip) burning oodles of fuel..Then there's the thing about the low income housing she funded..several millions went to building only a few (3 or 4) houses for the poor..and then she refuses to fund girls schools like the one she did in Africa..She may be rich..but that doesn't equate wisdom..I wouldn't worry about her being the antiChrist..the problem is that she will lead many astray.

Yeah she on twice where I live in Minneapolis/St. Paul area, 4PM and 12:35 AM on WCCO Channel 4 CBS and they did a poll and Nobody in the Twin Cities will be her ****.

I am not a fan. I tape Montel who really deals with dramatic and controversial issues. I only watch her show once for 15 minutes and switched to another show.

Now this just about takes the cake. As a Christian, I find these analogies to be ridiculous. Oprah has the "powers" of mind control. Thanks for the warning. LOL
