if the graphics is halfway decent it myt ... integrated it will be iffy ..

With ease.

I ran it fine with 512mb of memory an 80gig hard drive and a worse processor.

You might want to check on a graphics card though, just make sure it's not a super junky one.

Hi. The RAM is important, the DVD burner is not. The OS (Vista) tends to be a bit slow. But it may satisfy your needs. You do not mention the GPU. It should be a decent one.

You didn't post what graphics card you have. That's the deciding factor. However if it can run Vista I'd be willing to say it will run Warcraft III.
