well first of all, you need to ask yourself why your writing the script. if you want to create a movie script so you can get rich and be famous then your out of luck cause if you have no talent your not going to make it and you need to find a new ambition. but, if your serious about writing a script because you want to become a screenwriter and write scripts for movies then you should think about what you really want to write about.
write about something you have a passion for or would love to see in a movie. every story must have a conflict, resolution, characters, and so on. think about the plot of your story, theme and then think about your characters and their traits you want to give them. your not going to be able to write a good script in a small amount of time though, so if your thinking your going to write a script really quick and go to hollywood and become famous your wrong lol
so just know you're in for the long haul if you really decide to commit to writing a good script. hope that helped

Write a book first. Then you develop a screen play from that.

My uncle told me the first thing he learned in film school is that every plot must have a conflict, because stories without conflict are boring.

yes, there has to be a structure in the story or it won't make sense at all.
